• Tremendous WiFi upgrade that is free to all of our guests and residents throughout the entire community and in all individual apartments.
• Installation of forty-seven state of the art security cameras that both ownership and management has accessibility to 24/7 on their smartphones, as well as a speaker system to play all the residents’ favorite tunes and the added the capability of community wide announcements.
• Over 100 apartments have had complete renovations with new flooring, paint, bathroom vanities and touch-screen mirrors, LED strip lighting, posh residential ceiling tiles, and the addition of mini-fridges and tucked away pantry cabinets.
• Our Memory Care Neighborhood, which spans our entire second floor and over 25,000 square feet has been completely remodeled with walls removed to create an open environment with all new flooring, lighting, paint, handrails, art, and day rooms.
• Our Assisted Living has also undergone renovations, as the third floor has been completely upgraded with all new flooring and paint in all of the common areas and hallways, and our first floor has one wing completely renovated with all of the above, plus LED lighting with the lobby, dining room, and second wing all having renovations already in progress or slated to begin in early 2021.

Our dedicated team exceeds what is required by state regulatory guidelines as it consists of two Licensed Long Term Care Administrators, a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurses, a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Licensed Recreational Therapist, and a team of Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Medication Aides, and Direct Care Aides, all here to ensure the best care is provided to our residents.

Our Dining Services Director served as a United Stares Marine before completing Culinary School and makes it his mission day in and day out to create upscale restaurant-style cuisine for our residents, and we have monthly consultations from a Registered Dietician to ensure that we also customize our menu for residents who require any special diets or have experienced difficulties in maintaining a healthy weight due to health issues or challenging diagnoses.

In addition to all of this, we have a Concierge Team that is here to assist all of our residents, guests, and families to always provide top customer service.

Not only have we undergone amazing renovations and have a stellar team committing to serving our residents, we also have beautiful grounds that boast three gazebos and a park like setting, all located in Richmond’s West End just three miles from Short Pump Town Centre.
